Brut Nature, Zéro Dosage, Brut Zéro, Ultra Brut, Pas Dosé, Non-Dosé – all these champagnes really mean the same thing. Champagne, which is inherently dry and with a high level of acidity, has no dosage added, or, more simply, no sugar is added to it. How to achieve balance in such a drink?

Wine tour of Burgundy

A short photo story about our last trip to Burgundy, which took place at the end of November. During the trip, we not only managed to visit 13 winemakers, having tasted more than 130 wines, but also took part in the famous Hospices de Beaune auction, where we purchased a barrel of young wine, which we will bring to Riga in a year and a half under the Noble Wine label! We weren’t alone on such a responsible journey – together with us, Burgundy was explored by sommeliers of the restaurants Vincents and Riviera Robert Brenzens and Ivars Kalnins!
